To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

- Pack the item securely, making sure to include the Invoice and send it back to the address mentioned on invoice.
- If you are requesting a refund, it will take 6 to 7 working days to process.
Please note:
- The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags attached. If the product is found to be used or damaged, it will not be accepted for return or exchange.
- The return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
